Review on RULIA by Ryan Whatley

I had high hopes for my shopping experience at RULIA, however I came away feeling let down by the store. Although their online store makes it seem as though it carries a large variety of products covering all aspects of interior design, this is not the case. The tools in the garage were not very remarkable, and the fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom were both dated and not very impressive either. I was hoping to locate a variety of fashionable goods that were of superior quality, but instead I had to wade through a variety of items that were of poor quality. To make matters even worse, the quality of their customer assistance was below average. When I had a problem with a product that I had purchased, the personnel at that company did not get back to me for several days. When I did finally contact them, they were unhelpful and did not provide an apology. In general, I would recommend that you do not waste your time with RULIA. There are a multitude of other companies available in the market that provide superior goods and services to their customers.
