Received these sponges and used them straight away AS THE SELLER RECOMMENDS: Wet first, then wring out excess moisture without twisting and apply light pressure. I was absolutely amazed at how well it cleaned the glass door of my 7 year old Breville convection toaster; The glass was completely clean after using a sponge and wiping away the residue with a damp paper towel. I used the same sponge on the oven door and glass top, then tried something I read about in the hack - I gently rubbed the wet sponge over the edge of the armchair and it removed quite a bit of dirt. Dirt. :-) I've found tons of ways to use these sponges on Pinterest. These sponges are beneficial and I recommend them!
