RUN! This is absolute crash! this should not be allowed on the market! I put some things in the dryer, some of my daughter's clothes. She is 5 years old and lives in leggings and a shirt. So absolutely nothing difficult! It was a medium boot, low heat. I pulled out the clothes when the cycle finished. Study the strain, great improvement in the dog's coat! I am a busy mother of 2 in distance learning. So I started another download. And threw the clothes in the basket and got on with my day. I grabbed a shirt for my daughter from the basket this morning, the shirt looked great, felt great, sweet these things worked! NO! Within 5 minutes of putting the shirt on, my daughter kept saying "Oops" and tugging at her shirt. I went and looked, SMALL PIECES OF THE BALL ARE BROKEN OFF! Pieces stuck in the fabric like chips! They kept pushing her! I've spent all day looking for clothes to salvage. Because when you take them out, they ruin the clothes, depending on the material. They are so sharp that I stabbed and bled myself looking for them. To find them all, you'll need a headlamp, tweezers, and an inch-by-inch search! RUN!
