Updated - they work fine for a while and then stop working. Almost half stopped working in less than a year. You just don't have the stamina. Unfortunately I think you get what you pay for. Spend the money and you only have to do it once. Original - Timed to update my drawing slides and this seemed like a good choice. All in all they are a good choice. Good price. Good quality so far. I bought a few tools to help with the installation, but I don't care how easy it looks on YouTube, it takes a few to become proficient. One piece of advice I'll give is that if the soft close doesn't work, it's most likely because the slides are too far apart. There is enough play for the drawer to still slide normally, but the small plastic "hook" cannot catch the soft-close mechanism. So you should tune them a little tighter. I couldn't find this treat anywhere online and just assumed the foils were broken. After this training, all slides work well.
