Very sturdy, fits well in drawers

Very nice and strong, I need a keyboard tray at least 36" wide and it works great. I also bought a 12" x 36" black laminate decorative shelf from Rubbermaid at a warehouse for about $12.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Fits

I finally installed it and I love it, but having no instructions at all is unacceptable. It's probably too long for me, 5 times longer than it takes to insert. I'm handy and it took me too long to figure it out and install it. The best part is that it came with screws.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Little things

Exactly as described. Problem solved!

I installed my keyboard tray today so I don't have a "durability" rating, but I can say it feels very solid and is exactly what I was looking for . It was easy to install and serves to free up more space on my rolling workstation. The screws provided were just the right size to attach the shelf to the rails and secure the assembled unit to the underside of my desk, even with the shelf's top rails in between. So far it looks great! (and a lot cheaper than the alternative solutions I've found)

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Works but not very well

Tracks come with mounting screws and are good for pre-drilling holes in mounting wood. I made a template for the drawer and rails square which is necessary if you want the rail to be smooth and the stops to work. This slide keyboard is a replacement for one that failed after 9 years. This slide is very similar to the old one, but it doesn't run as smoothly and the stops don't hold as securely as the old one, which is disappointing. Our right slide is actually much weaker than the left, so…

  • Ideal for outdoor activities

Who controls the drawers?

I think I will now. Just wanted to say that this seller must have shipped these slides via the Millennium Falcon or something as I received them the day after I ordered them. For a sub $20 item, this is simply outrageous. Kudos for not skimping on shipping! As for the product, although I haven't installed them yet (waiting for other parts), I've played around with the slides and can find that fully open and fully closed have a very positive click. Not too difficult to move, strong enough to…

Finally a well-designed keyboard drawer

This is the best hardware you can buy for a keyboard drawer. The drawer my desk came with has beveled edges so it doesn't fit the side brackets that most come with. Basically, this equipment worked perfectly. It was much better than my desk design as the brackets for the underside of the desk were in the drawer so you had to open them all the way to screw them in (which isn't easy). Not only does this one have bottom-mounted drawer brackets, but also outward-facing table brackets that make…

Good quality. Provides flexibility in number of uses

6 years ago I bought a 12" (Width x 20" (Depth)) bottom drawer made of stamped steel sides and a thin plywood base. which sits on the sides of a metal steel box that has been bent 90 degrees to provide a 1/2" wide steel "edge." Over the years this box has fallen despite only weighing a few ounces , off the rails several times, which I can't remember as the steel was too thin so the sliders gradually slid off the sides of the crate, allowing it to fall off the edge of one of the side pieces. No…

Good quality. Provides flexibility in number of uses

6 years ago I purchased a 12" (width x 20" (depth) under counter drawer made of pressed steel sides and a thin plywood base that sits on drawer sides and metal steel , which has been bent 90 degrees to provide a 1/2 "wide steel edge. Over the years, this box, despite only weighing a few grams, has fallen off the rails more times than I can remember. Due to Due to the fact that the steel is too thin, the sliders gradually slide off the sides of the box, allowing one to fall out of the side…

Well made and exactly what I was looking for.

Error loading media. They were missing some color due to the clips slipping in the only plastic bag holding them. never mind The brackets are nice and strong and I trust them completely. The 14" size easily attached to a finished 14" board. They have screw holes on the bottom and sides of the tray. I chose to do both for added support, but you have to be careful with the placement of the side screws when inserting them into the bracket itself. If you're not precise, you won't be able to close…

Excellent quality; Exactly what I was looking for

that I type on the keyboard almost all day, every day. I recently added a new computer to the office and needed a different keyboard for it. I decided to invest in a quality mechanical keyboard (in retrospect, I should have done so many years ago) and then searched for the perfect position on my desk for comfortable, fast, and accurate typing. After a lot of experimentation I found that I prefer to place the keyboard very low - almost directly on my lap. Since I didn't want to have a keyboard…
