WISHOME, an internet retailer that specializes in sporting goods and outdoor recreation gear, recently let me down. Despite having a wide range of products, they had subpar customer support and delivery. It was difficult to locate what I needed on the website because it was difficult to navigate and the product descriptions weren't clear. I eventually placed my order, but the delivery of my items took longer than I had anticipated. I was dismayed to see that they weren't in the best of shape when they finally arrived. The lack of response from their customer care staff was what really infuriated me. They were unhelpful and insensitive to my situation when I contacted them with my concerns; it took several tries to get an answer. Finally, despite having a sizable variety of sports and outdoor gear, WISHOME's delivery and customer service were appalling. I would advise anyone thinking about buying at this online store to exercise caution and look into alternative stores.
