Review on Service Maintenance Software by Wayne Drakh

It has been very helpful in our business, it's easy for us as we are not tech savvy at all! Very user friendly interface with great support available 24/7 via chat or email if needed which makes life easier when managing multiple sites.

There isn't anything I dislike about this software but would like more options added such as tracking jobs that have already started etc. We use service management system from another provider so using 2 systems can be confusing sometimes however there was nothing wrong with SMSServiceMgmt.
