Review on Yanlu by Kevin Nelson

My unfortunate experience with Yanlu's online store was a total nightmare. The website's layout was awkward, making it difficult to browse the goods. Even when I finally did, the selection was small and uninspiring, and it took me a long time to locate what I was looking for. It took a long time for me to place my order after I eventually found something I liked. I had to restart several times because the checkout website kept crashing. After I completed my purchase, I was informed that it would be weeks before my items arrived. I was dissatisfied with the products' quality when my package eventually came. The shoes and clothing were of poor quality and did not resemble the images on the website. The jewelery was not at all what I had anticipated; it was cheap and tacky. To make things worse, I encountered unhelpful and dismissive staff when I attempted to contact customer support to return the items. They showed no care for my issues and declined to give me a refund or an exchange. Overall, I had a terrible encounter with Yanlu's online store. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone, and I won't be returning any time soon. If you value your time and money, avoid this shop.
