My two cats seem to love it from day one. They are about 10 months old. I found this while looking for toys that would pique my only cat's curiosity as suggested by our vet. Toys must not be chewed as he seems to be eating strange things and will eventually have an intestinal obstruction (twice in the last 3-4 months). I have to watch out for the dangling bobble but I like the fact that it's bigger so I hope we don't have any problems. He eats things like erasers whole! It looks nice and clean, the wooden balls move really fast and my cat could really use the scratching post. In terms of weight, it seems to be on par with our old scratching post.
