It allows us to identify threats without relying solely upon reports from other systems or applications such as IDS/IPS devices which are more limited in their scope. We have been able to improve our response time significantly since we can see what others don't know they should be looking for that may indicate an attack has occurred before it hits the rest of the network. There really isn't anything I dislike about TDSS at all! The customer support team does amazing work when assisting with setup but you do need some technical skills in order to get everything set up correctly. One thing i wish was available sooner than later would be better logging capabilities so if there were any problems within your system not related to attacks it could help pinpoint where issues lie much quicker after discovering them. This helps reduce downtime caused by misconfigured software/applications, viruses etc.
