These fit into the front and rear door speaker jacks of my 2003 Chevrolet Suburban and make the speaker upgrade much easier. No soldering or splicing, just connect directly to the stock wiring harness and new speakers. The only minor catch (hardly to call it a complaint) is that I find the length a bit awkward. They're long enough that you probably shouldn't just leave them dangling in the doors, as they can get stuck in the window pane or rattle on a rough road when they roll down. But they are too short to reach the opposite side of the speaker and tape/zip them in place. So I looped it on itself and that seemed to work, but a little awkward. If they were a little longer or shorter, they would be easier to manage. Again, this is hardly a complaint and it's easier/quicker than soldering or splicing wires, so I still get a solid 5 stars.
