Great product, bad delivery
The product itself is good. However, Revain's delivery system failed. The order should be delivered on May 10th. I had discussions with three different Revain assistants, a phone call and an email and was assured it would be delivered on May 11th. That didn't happen. It was a Mother's Day gift (2). Then another assistant (chat and email) told me it would be delivered on May 12th. It's not like this. Finally delivered today. Paying for Prime means delivery at the expected time. Very frustrating. But the bags are great! I want to be more environmentally conscious and these bags help with that. There are no problems at the checkout. I don't ask the cashier to adjust the weight (my supermarket doesn't have a way to adjust the weight on the checkout scale) because the difference is very small. I bought 2 more sets of bags for my family members and they were very happy about it. This is the future because plastic bags will be a thing of the past. I highly recommend this product.
