Can't use it Foreign own security!

This is the second laptop we have received in "refurbished" condition. These laptops came with third-party remote management software installed, which requires a user ID and password from the Trip Advisor management agent, which, if you actually had one, would allow them to configure and manage software and files on your laptop. According to Apple tech, there's no getting around it and it should be returned. A lot of time and still no working laptop!
