I bought this for my daughter, her birthday, she is an aspiring golfer. She LOVES this car. Buy I'll get to the point. We had a loose wheel problem, a center hub problem. Things happen. I emailed the company and was told to wait 3 days for a response. When I looked at their reply four days later, I saw that they had responded a few hours after sending my message. four days ago Wow! Then they just sent a brand new bike, no questions asked. So my sweetheart is playing golf with her new car while I type this. Despite the problem I give a thumbs up, 5 stars because they solved the problem so quickly. And it's a "wonderful car," as my daughter put it. Sometimes things happen in shipping or in production, but KVV really went out of their way to make things right!
