Review on Spacious And Multileveled Hamster Home With Cross-Over Tubes And Tunnels by Otto Suarez

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Very flimsy, a lot of it arrived broken.

Absolutely terrible for the price. I was so excited to receive this cage and ignored the few bad reviews but that was sadly a mistake. The materials are all veryy cheaply made, I would return this if I didn’t need it today. Two ladders, 3 tube pieces and part of one level arrived broken, the second attachment to secure the house in place was missing all making it impossible to make the cage look like the picture, instead you’ll end up with a Tim Burton/Dr Suess version. Also when putting together the wire parts of the cage that hold each other, they were bent loosely so to make sure any animal doesn’t escape, you’ll have to use pliers to bend parts of the bars. On top of that. the middle roof will have to be tied on securely otherwise the animal will escape very very easily. Very disappointed :( I’ve never written a bad review but wow. 3 hours of putting this together and it still looks terrible lol - honestly you’re better off going to PetSmart, even spending $20 more for the starter kit prebuilt cage w/ food & litter included, that’s what i was gonna do until I thought this was cooler. I made the wrong choice. :/
