I have two jugs from this company. I have a teapot and a cold brew pitcher. The tea container cracked at the bottom for some reason and is no longer usable. Can you buy a new floor? But the design is great. They are perfect for the fridge as they are square instead of round. The filter is too short as one user mentioned. It should be as long as a cold brew pitcher. However, I used a cold brew filter for loose tea. Just very disappointed with the crack. The jug looks very sturdy because the plastic is thick.
