10 times better than tram 1/4 wave

tram 1/4 wave pin with SWR 1.25 installed. I switched to tram 1159-wb and the SWR is almost 1:1 without tuning, but what is the difference in reception. Also eliminated the "picket fence" I had with 1/4 wave. If you don't mind a larger antenna, I recommend this for your truck or car. Installing Yeasu FT-2800m, NMO in the center of the roof on a 2017 F150.KO4JBV.73.
