Needs better headrest

The headrest is too low. Not sure how long the plastic covering will last, but I figure if it tears I'll just grab some vinyl to make a new pad. I've done that before for other things and it's easy. The brake is fantastic and is similar to a dirt bike kickstand. The handle helps you cam it down, however, you can only put pressure on it while wrenching to the up position and sides. If your wrenching puts pressure in the same direction it would fold to disengage the lock, it'll pop down off the lock and you'll be rolling. Not a huge deal. But something to be aware of.Believe it or not, and I can't believe I'm saying this, this creeper actually rolls too easy. Yes, hard to believe. But it rolls WAY easier than any creeper I've ever owned and I've owned a bunch. The large wheels will go over small stuff, but chords and hoses, forget it. It's my first big wheeled creeper and according to the younger guys, a big wheel will roll over chords and air hoses easy, yeah. It won't. It's not as low as I'd like either. We aren't using these things in the gravel or rolling over rocks. The best creeper I ever had I made. It had less than a half inch clearance under it.thats what this one should have. Several times this week I've dropped something under a car and hunted forever for it just to find that my ratchet rolled under the creeper.

Pros
  • Simply awesome, best creeper I've used in 30 years!!!!
Cons
  • Takes up a lot of space when not in use
