The ability for our team members (our customers) as well all of those working with us in any way - be it sales or technical support-to have access from anywhere at anytime via mobile devices is great! I also love that we can see what other teams are doing without having them physically present.
It would help if there was an easier interface between customer accounts/team account management versus internal applications such as Marketing Automation etc.- but this isn't always easy when you're dealing across multiple departments within your organization so not much more than just noting how helpful they've been overall has really made up my mind here :) We use locolab primarily through Salesforce Chatter which allows everyone involved to stay connected even outside office hours. This helps ensure no one gets left out during busy times or while traveling away form home base especially now due some recent events going around COVID 19 where people were afraid returning back into work environments might put others who may already feel ill further.
