I cooked two dishes at this Nutrichef: a whole chicken and a pork loin. The results are incredible! Super tender, very juicy and fully cooked. It was very easy to cook. The trick is to make sure you don't use more than 5 pounds of meat for that particular unit, otherwise you'll have to keep an eye out for more as the pan will overflow and the meat/poultry will bind. I had a 6 lb chicken that we fitted but it was too big. Cooked too long (3 hours) but still tasty. The pork loin weighed just over 4 pounds, took less than 2 hours to cook and was fantastic. I strongly recommend that you buy a Nutrichef vertical oven. I would also see if you can find one with temperature control. My husband and I are now convinced that this was a really good investment in quick and easy grilling! UPDATE Edit: It is now 12/27/2018 and this NutraChef Rotisserie is currently DEAD. Very carefully used and properly cleaned. We didn't use it once every 2 weeks - and storage was in the usual spot on the worktop, tools provided were in good condition, and although today when we had a small roast on the grill the machine did start to heat up ( less than 2 pounds), he died, and while the spindle turned, the machine did not maintain heat. I am contacting Revain warranty service to see what can be done. I believe that the machine we have owned for about 8 months and used probably 2 times a month is going to die.
