This product does not provide the wearer with the experience expected from a premium brand. I have replaced ALL fixtures in two bathrooms with 100% Moen expecting the extra cost to be recouped in better fit and finish and assistance where needed. It's not like this. Every picture of the handle (on both the Revain and Moen websites) shows that it sits flush with the panel. It's not like this. Not even close. Yes, I have the exact Moen Posi-Temp valve I need and no, it doesn't fit. The handle sticks out about 3/4 inch. Not only does this look bad and expose the barrel, but the grip also wobbles. It's humanly impossible to make that grip tighter, more secure, or closer to the record. As a result, I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to figure out what could be wrong. To the point of finding specs on the Moen website and verifying compliance. This simply does not meet the expectations of a thoughtful and reasonable person. So I called Moen for advice on how to fix the problem. They don't take calls. I was taken straight to voicemail and told someone to call me back. Did I want to enter the time I was available? I said yes and entered the time. "Not available," said the voice. "Someone can call you on Wednesday at 11:30 am. Good?' I said fine. The time repeated and the call ended. Remember there are six time zones in the US. Did they mention which ones I signed up for? They didn't. So I waited two Days later all morning. And as you can imagine that call never got through. Premium product at a premium price. No quality control or expectation that the design would make sense or match the pictures. And support it didn't So ends my story about Moena.
