Beautiful board. Very well made except for one small issue: the SIDES are not outlined as shown in the photos. Only the ends are rounded. If this is important to you because your slit has contoured lines on each side, it may not fit or may fit exactly like mine. I can use my grinder to round the sides a bit for better movement. In addition, it is very heavy, very durable and beautiful. Use food grade mineral oil and mineral oil with wax. To the review where they complained about the marks of the knives - with a tree you always have them. Therefore wood is less dangerous for your knives. Bamboo isn't very hard so the marks can be more visible, but wash, oil and sand it every few years and you'll love it forever.
