My only gripe is that you have to turn the volume all the way up if you want to hear anything, otherwise it's a great little camera. It's small and fits in the palm of my hand. The camera is super clear. We just put our twins in cots and I put them in their room so I can watch them at night and when they sleep to see what they are really doing (other than sleeping)! It worked great. Installation was also very easy. I downloaded the application, followed the instructions, everything took about 10 minutes. I like that the camera itself can rotate and move up and down. That sold me. Plus, the cost was super reasonable. I'll probably get another one for our house. I haven't tried recording yet, but I also have an SD card.
