It is quite comfortable. I didn't notice them arching or twisting. It's like a regular compression shirt, but thicker. Fits as expected. They look small but stretch a little. The front collar is at mid-bust height (from neck to chest). So if you wear it as a tank top and leave the top buttons of your dress shirt undone, it will reveal itself. made of spandex material. So it's not "glossy" but it's definitely not matte. I didn't notice any extra sweating underneath so I wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to go to the sauna and sweat more. It's definitely more for a slimmer look. All in all a good buy.
