I like how user-friendly it is for anyone, not just techies! It's easy enough that even non technical users can be productive without needing any training or support from our team - they are available if you need help but also understand what your needs might actually look/feel more along those lines than "techy" solutions so there isn't much of an adjustment period when onboarding new people into using this software (which we do often!). We have been able use folon as both client side AND admin console with no issues thus far in over 2 years since launch!! The only thing i dislike about their product overall really has nothing specifically related directly back towards them; however my biggest issue was finding someone who could provide me some guidance regarding pricing plans vs customization options etc which led us down other paths before finally deciding upon something where all parties were happy :) Our clients love being part of such interactive communities via.
