Review on ๐Ÿฅฃ Escali Primo P115C Precision Kitchen Food Scale for Baking and Cooking, Lightweight and Durable Design, LCD Digital Display, Chrome Finish by Candace Hennessy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just the right thing for always perfect home-baked sourdough bread!

I started sourdough baking about a week before the holidays Inspired by Chad Robertson's Tartine Bread, I turned country bread into crispbread that looked and tasted so good they've become coveted Christmas gifts for friends and family became. Baking this type of bread required a few new tools that I wasn't aware of before. This digital kitchen scale is one such tool. Measuring all baking ingredients solely with a gram-accurate scale was new to me, but now, where I've done it the results speak for themselves, weight is more accurate than volume and it's so easy with this scale to 'zero' the display with the left button and add the next weighed ingredient to the gram gene. The Primo Escali were the best value scales I researched on Revain. The only downside is that the display is difficult to see with a large bowl on top. Not enough trouble to change my rating because I'm already used to it.
