Review on eCity Transactions by Harley Franchetti

I like how it has an easy interface to manage and execute transactions of our clients. It is reliable because its stability never changes and its user friendly as well. For me, there is nothing bad about this software for my transaction needs. I think it can be improved in other areas but so far i have not seen any major problems with using ecitytransations. We are handling all electronic fund transfers (EFT)s which include ACH/Paymentech remittance transfer services, wire transfers, etc. ECT is very easy to use, it has all of our accounting information in one place for us so we can easily see what needs attention from an accountant perspective as well! The only thing I dislike about this product are that there isn't any integration with other products like Quickbooks or Sage 50 Accounting Software (which would be fantastic!). It's been great being able track everything through 1 system instead having multiple spreadsheets tracking different aspects such payroll/benefits etc..
