Health Benefits - Pre-Workout

I bought this particular beetroot pod because another friend recommended it - she's incredibly health conscious (she has Hashimoto's) and is very picky about what she buys. The benefits of aged beetroot are long-term, but my experience of taking it daily for the past 20 days has been generally positive: My legs and arms often swell when running outdoors due to inflammation. After consistently taking this product, I have noticed a definite relief in my runs. Overall the product seems trustworthy and clean and they also have other products (ginseng and garlic) which I will try and buy for the family as well.

Pros
  • AGING: Ripe beetroot doubles its nitrate content while all sugar content is eliminated. This makes it optimal for people who want to get the benefits of beets more effectively without worrying about their sugar intake.
