Excellent bands good for me
These are the best bands so far. I had tried Domyos and Fit Simplify and both broke in a month. These ones have held up for a month of very intensive use. Initially I thought they would break as they are smooth and feel plastic-ish. However, they have proven me wrong and I often stretch them beyond 300 percent (not recommend). Some suggestions: I wish I could buy individual bands and (2) they should add a band heavier than the green one. I will review again in 2 months.
- Great long lasting aids for workouts. Very cheap alternative to weights
- May not be versatile enough for all types of exercises
