The only thing I found is that it rises a full 4 inches allowing the bike to sit flat in the trainer. important for neck/wrist pain
Looks solid Doesn't stick to the floor. I had to place a 6x8 inch non-slip silicone pad underneath to stabilize it on smooth tile, but I suspect any similar product would require a similar home repair.
