This item is well made of high quality plastic. It's fairly heavy and should stand up to whatever you're going through on the indoor treadmill. Unfortunately, the design isn't perfect - instead of the triangular design acting as a wide base that provides extra support, it pivots on each 'leg', resulting in a rather wobbly feel given its strength. Just a function of where the wheel is going and where your power is directed as you swing naturally on the machine. Not recommended.

Not much to say about the front wheel blocks; they either work or they don't. The problem with many of the smaller ones is that they do little more than align the bike and lack stability. With others, like the Cycleop Riser, there is no real level adjustment. This allowed me to put my bike completely straight.
