I'm 6ft 4" and 225#. I'm constantly clogging toilets, dealing with overflowing toilets, plungers that don't do anything, two types of snakes that are very difficult to clean and don't always work. This product works, even the first time right out of the box. I've never had a backwash before. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Now I keep it in the car, so when I'm visiting and plugging in the toilet, I take this product out of the car, pump it up, put it in the toilet and pull the trigger. Toilet out, no mess!
