The same brand I buy whey protein from but a different product. As for taste, it's good. I like that casein tastes different than whey. Mixing is an issue, it might be the almond milk I'm using but the casein doesn't mix well even after a few minutes of mixing. So my protein shake is rather sticky, very runny. Water or regular milk may work better. I drink casein the same night as my workout to make me feel less sore and a little stronger. That's enough to keep using it if this effect lasts. Anything that relieves pain and has no side effects costs $30. If you're looking to get some extra protein and maximize your results, it's worth a try.
