Review on 🚧 Safety 1st Auto-Close Pressure-Mounted Magnetic Latch Gate: Ultimate Safety and Convenience by Samantha Lopez

I like this gate the most, installation was easy, closing/latching worked great; for a day. Now the lock won't open anymore. I have to open the bolt with tape to even use it. And the company hasn't responded to my email since Monday morning. I'm not too impressed with the customer service either! (I don't know why the picture is crooked. It's correct on my computer) UPDATE: 11/2018 - I suspect all the positive reviews are long gone by this gate! We received replacements from Revain almost immediately. The exchange worked for several months, now the same. The lock can hardly be opened. I'm sure it's too long now to give it back to Revane. It's still under warranty but I think a replacement will do the same. There are a number of reviews on Revain stating that several replacement units have the same issue. I don't know what's wrong with this company, they should know there's a problem and don't seem to be doing anything to fix it. I'll disassemble the latch and see if I can fix it myself, I have nothing to lose as the latch is useless anyway.
