I was very happy when I received this product... Unfortunately I couldn't use it. I tried refilling two different color cartridges and neither of them printed, most likely due to age. Even though I rinsed them off and cleaned the heads it still wouldn't print but still left streaks of color on the paper towel and those colors were very real and vibrant... I ended up having to buy a color and black Jarbo ink cartridge. But overall it's a great set. It includes everything you need to refill your ink cartridges, plus instructions in case you can't find a good video showing how to do it. The only thing I would like to change is that the paint bottles look like other kits where it's just an open bottle and you take a syringe and draw 1ml of paint to fill the ink cartridge. These small squeezable bottles had a habit of spilling or overflowing, and it was hard to tell how much ink you were actually putting into a cartridge. The set was also perfect, but my color cartridges were too old. I plan to try again when the new cartridges I bought run out of ink.
