Review on Enhanced Intel/Altera Cyclone IV FPGA Development Board - Discover the DueProLogic Advantage by Andrew Choukline

It was difficult to get this set up on my Windows 10 machine - the instructions didn't match what was going on (which is frankly normal for Windows). I've tried all sorts of tinkering - seems very sensitive to how "good" your micro USB cable is - I've tried three before it all came to fruition (more or less). After that, it is no problem to create a demo design and a PC application. However, this board has a short circuit or something, so it is replaced again.
