The Spark Plugs You Need for Your GM Vehicles

When it comes to GM's spark ignition system, these spark plugs should do the trick. With this ignition system, the spark plugs fire twice per revolution, so it is important to use a good quality iridium spark plug. This is an OEM plug for many GM products and works particularly well in the 3800 engine. If you want a set of plugs that will last, check out these. They're actually rebranded NGK 5599, but cost about $2 less than NGK brand spark plugs. A platinum seal is built into the ground strap of these connectors, without which the connectors form a plate after some time due to spark erosion. This doesn't happen on those that offer a 100,000 mile lifespan. If they match your car, use them, you won't be disappointed.
