Why does it always return to Celsius?
The only problem is that the pot lifting bracket is made of plastic and is therefore useless. It also resets to Celsius on restart, which is very annoying. So if you don't want the battery to wear out, you'll have to constantly fiddle with both the rear and the front. Bad design IMHO.
