I have chosen to always buy router bits from Freud because I have always liked them and this bit is no exception. Right off the bat, this beat cuts beautifully. I reduced the speed of the router to around 11,000 rpm due to the size of the bit and tested it on a piece of pine. The cut was absolutely clean, without chips and arson. I really like the Quadra Cut technology, but at this bit size it tends to scatter a lot of chips everywhere no matter how good you dust at collecting. Honestly nothing special, it just means a bit more cleaning. Overall this is a great beat that has given me great results a number of times now.
