Worked great for my son

It took us a while to finally discover this shoulder immobilizer but I'm glad we finally did. Long story short, our son dislocated his shoulder and injured his left arm after playing and had to have corrective surgery. His surgeon urged him to use a bracelet to keep his shoulder as immobile as possible. Of course children are children, it was not an easy task. The regular bracelet that the hospital provided us with didn't work very well. First, he didn't keep his shoulder still and managed to dislocate it. He complained of pain in his neck and collarbone. We thought it was because the noose was dangling from the opposite shoulder, forcing him to carry the weight of his arm around his neck and shoulder. We came across this product while searching for the best solution. I immediately liked the design with the double straps and the extra webbing to keep the shoulder steady and we ordered it and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed, this sling is made from a very light and very comfortable material. Usually he would start complaining a few hours after using his old bandage, but now it hardly bothered him. Neck pain and all pain gone. If he wants to use his right arm we just tie a shoulder immobilizer under his right arm and it works great for keeping his left shoulder still. He no longer complains about sweaty hands, I find the material to be as breathable as advertised. Overall this product offers comfort and safety to my son, what more do I need from a medical product?
