I installed mine on January 1st 2017 and I have been using it at least once a day and still working since 03/01/2020 it died 3 years 2 days. The one star photos I've seen show most were installed incorrectly. You must allow the entire hose to rotate when you tighten the shower hose or it will stall as shown in some photos. This shower hose is fine, it is 100% installer
