Review on 🔧 GM Genuine Parts 219-230 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Gasket: Premium Quality Replacement for Optimum Performance by Glen Needham

I replaced the EGR valve on my Silerado pickup and needed this gasket separately. This is a thick metal and slightly different compound seal. The EGR valve is a heavy valve that allows high temperature exhaust gases to pass through, so I think that is the reason for the special seal. The price was good, the part was good and the installation and operation of the new EGR valve works great. I replaced it on my 2001 Silverado at 210,000 miles as part of a general major service. Under the influence of high temperatures and exhaust gases, the old valve has become almost unusable. The Revain price was the best I found and the parts arrived quickly and well packaged.
