Review on ABILITY COMPLETE by Jason Unruh

It's very helpful in tracking payments for our members as well as sending out member statements and updates! I like that it is easy enough to use without needing any training or assistance from anyone else at my office. The only thing i dislike about this program is when you have too many bills going through your computer at once they get jumbled up so sometimes we don't know which bill belongs where until after its been paid by another provider. We are able to track the money coming into each of our practices via ability complete and send reports back to those providers who haven't yet made their payment due date. This has helped us keep everyone aware of what needs paying first since we're not doing manual billing anymore.
