Great way to track payments and keep everyone up to date

It's very helpful in tracking payments for our members as well as sending out member statements and updates! I like that it is easy enough to use without needing any training or assistance from anyone else at my office. The only thing i dislike about this program is when you have too many bills going through your computer at once they get jumbled up so sometimes we don't know which bill belongs where until after its been paid by another provider. Very useful tool when trying manage benefits

Ability Complete is very easy to use! It's intuitive and has lots of features that make it super helpful for our organization. We have been able to streamline many processes using this software. The only thing I do not like about Ability Complete is that you cannot access your account from outside of ability complete unless you are an administrator or higher level user. Has greatly enhanced efficiency and accuracy with processing claims

It is simple enough for our office manager while ensuring compliance issues are addressed quickly when needed - we don't have any problems as far I'm aware of! The system has saved us money through reduced denials by POs that previously would not accept insurance because they couldn’t find anything in their guidelines/policies pertaining specifically towards this issue or claim type (it was just too complex).
