It is simple enough for our office manager while ensuring compliance issues are addressed quickly when needed - we don't have any problems as far I'm aware of! The system has saved us money through reduced denials by POs that previously would not accept insurance because they couldn’t find anything in their guidelines/policies pertaining specifically towards this issue or claim type (it was just too complex). The ability for our billing team to access patient information in real time is critical. Able to quickly identify any issues or concerns that would require immediate attention from other members of the accounting department. I have not found anything specifically that I dislike about this product/company. It has made it much easier for us as accountants to be able to perform duties at an increased pace without having to wait until after hours to get answers regarding patient details.
