Great product with a great company behind it. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews but wanted others to know that this product works great and that the company stands by their products. While you can only contact them via messenger or email, they have very responsive support. If you're wondering why I know this, it's because I thought the particular USBC 3.1 wasn't working properly (it was charging but not transferring data). If this happens, check and make sure the cable is fully connected to the jack (mine wasn't). I actually heard a click when I finally inserted it fully. After that everything went great. I contacted the company via messenger and received helpful responses quickly.
