I wear size 12 shoes but since I have a very high arch I usually order a size 13 to fit my foot. But these shoes were hopeless. Even with the 13th, I couldn't even get to the front straps, which by the way aren't adjustable. The images you see of velcro straps on the arches and toes give the illusion that you can adjust the straps on high arches, but you can't.
