Arrived quickly BUT poor quality. The center hole wasn't really centered, so nothing matched up. Also, the outer layer was not securely fastened with an eyelet on either side. I ended up making a new center hole and plugging in a new larger sleeve to hold all the layers together. After I fixed that, it was easy to use. I can't honestly comment on "transparency" because I don't know how it applies to this product.
