Review on πŸš— Bluetooth Single Din Car Stereo with FM Radio, USB, SD Card, AUX Input - Remote Control Included by Michelle Carey

Bigger than expected but got lucky

So I love the idea of putting a phone holder in the stereo and thought at $25 for a Bluetooth receiver it might be worth a try. So I got one for my 97 foot Subaru Impreza.TD; DR: Measure the space with a din before you buy, that's a little larger than most I've seen. The included cables are thin but soldered well, everything worked out fine as long as it's suitable for installation in a single DIN bracket in a car. The bracket that came with it was too wide and tall to fit in my car and while the stereo fitted without it, there was no room to screw it in. As it turned out, the face of the radio was just too wide for the car's skin, but when I tried to install it anyway to check it out, I found that the skin just clamped it down perfectly, so I just unscrewed the Hit again to secure it. connects great to BT, the phone holder works perfectly and adjusts to different sized phones, not too bright or annoying at night (an issue I've often had with aftermarket stereos). The menu is a little clunky but you can use it. It feels a little cheap because of all the plastic buttons, which aren't that durable, and sticks out a little more from the dash than I'd like, but what can you expect for $25. Will update if issues arise, but for the Bluetooth price and phone holder functionality, it's worth it.
