My husband didn't want his shop to have a small boom box so I bought this for him. We've used it a few times when we've had little picnics with friends and it's perfect for those occasions when you just want some music in the background. The sound is decent - not great - but decent and works well outside. My husband mainly uses it for the radio as he enjoys listening to the radio while lounging around the store. We live in the country so getting a radio station can be difficult, but this little boombox picked up a few stations with no problem. come with preset stations that never work for us. We were eventually able to tune in to the stations we wanted, but we were annoyed that some of them were pre-programmed. we both hate it But since we were finally able to set it up the way we wanted, I'm only deducting one star for the initial annoyance. The sound is okay - not outstanding - but okay and certainly good enough for outdoor listening or for my husband. Use in your store. Overall I think it's good value for money and works well for both CD and radio.
